1. Permitted use
You may browse, read, share links and use the site’s tools (booking, assessment, search, forms) for legitimate purposes related to our services.
2. Prohibited use
- Submitting false information, impersonating another person or company, or booking meetings with no real intent.
- Using the forms or the newsletter to send unsolicited advertising, chain messages or malicious content.
- Attempting to breach the site’s security, scanning it, overloading it or automating its use in a way that affects its operation. Security testing is only allowed under our responsible disclosure policy.
- Mass-extracting content or copying the site, its code or its design.
- Publishing or sending illegal, offensive or discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
The site applies automatic abuse limits. We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules and, where appropriate, report them to the authorities.
3. Tech newsletter: our commitments
- Only with your authorization: we write to you only if you subscribed and ticked the consent box; we keep proof of it.
- Frequency: about one email a month, with articles on Microsoft 365, Azure, security and our products.
- Clear sender: emails are sent in Barona Enterprise’s name, with a subject that describes their content.
- No third-party lists: we do not buy, sell or share mailing lists.
- Respect for your channels and hours: we do not use your phone or WhatsApp for advertising you have not authorized, and we follow Colombian Law 2300 of 2023 on consumer contact channels and hours.
4. How to unsubscribe
Every newsletter includes unsubscribe instructions. You can also write to info@baronaenterprise.com with the subject “Unsubscribe newsletter” from the subscribed address. We process it within ten (10) business days at the latest; after that you will receive no more newsletters, although we may still write to you about services you have contracted.
5. Reporting abuse
If you receive a message claiming to come from Barona Enterprise that looks suspicious, or you believe someone is misusing our name, write to info@baronaenterprise.com.
